Teacher of the Week - Kathy Bacelieri
On May 2, we surprised our final Great American Teacher of the Week winner for the 2007-2008 school year. Kathy Bacelieri, an Arts & Humanities teacher, was nominated by Bridget Teets and her daughter Kelsey Willenborg.



They had this to say in their nomination letter:
Mrs. B is a wonderful, kind and loving teacher. She is truly in it for the children. She will arrive at school at 6 a.m. and be lucky to leave by 8 p.m. with cheerleading and speech and drama practice almost every day of the week. Mrs. B is an outstanding teacher and mentor.

"This feels amazing," said Mrs. Bacelieri during our surprise visit. "I am only standing here though because I have the most wonderful students in the entire world!"
